The function of the laminated sludge dewatering machine is to carry out the thickening and dewatering of the sludge, which mainly includes three parts: the flocculation mixing tank, the dewatering body and the electric control cabinet. Among them, there is a stirring motor in the flocculation mixing tank, which mainly mixes and stirs the sludge flowing in from the metering tank and the flocculant input through the dosing pump. The stirring motor can be controlled by the frequency converter to change the stirring speed. If the speed is too slow, the sludge and the flocculant cannot be fully mixed to form alum. If the speed is too fast, it is easy to break the formed alum. The mixing tank is also equipped with a level gauge. When the dehydrator is too late to process the sludge, the liquid level of the mixing tank will slowly rise. When the high liquid level is reached, the automatic system will automatically shut down the mud pump and the dosing pump, until the liquid level drops to the low level, the mud pump and the dosing pump will restart. There is a sewage pipe below the flocculation mixing tank, which is controlled by a spherical valve. When the sludge dehydrator is running, the valve is closed. The spherical valve is opened only when the flocculation mixing tank is cleaned. Dewatering body: The main body of the laminated sludge dewatering machine is a filtering device composed of a fixed ring and a floating ring stacked on each other, and a spiral shaft passing through it. The first half of the main body is the thickening part, which concentrates the sludge by gravity; the second half is the dewatering part, which generates internal pressure under the action of the change of the screw axis wheelbase and the back pressure plate to achieve the effect of dehydration. The rotation speed of the screw shaft can be adjusted by the frequency converter. When the speed of the screw shaft is slowed down, the sludge stays in the dehydration body for a longer time, the moisture content of the mud cake is reduced, and the amount of mud cake produced is reduced; when the speed of the screw shaft is adjusted faster, the sludge is retained in the dehydration body As the time becomes shorter, the moisture content of the mud cake will increase, and the amount of mud cake produced will increase. At the same time, the processing capacity and moisture content of the mud cake can also be adjusted by adjusting the back pressure plate. When the clearance of the back pressure plate is adjusted to be small, the resistance imposed on the sludge advancing in the screw shaft will increase, the moisture content of the sludge cake coming out will decrease, and the processing capacity will also be reduced; when the clearance of the back pressure plate is increased, the screw shaft will move forward. The resistance imposed by the sludge is reduced, the moisture content of the sludge cake is increased, and the treatment capacity will be increased accordingly. In addition, the spiral shaft drives the traveling ring to discharge the sludge trapped in the filter slot in time, which has the ability to self-clean and prevent the filter slot from clogging. There is a spray device above the dehydration body. In the state of automatic operation, the solenoid valve can be opened or closed according to the set time to perform irregular spraying to maintain the beauty of the dehydrator. There are side covers on both sides of the dehydration body to prevent muddy water. Splash.
