What preparations should we make before operating the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine

The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine has a high degree of automation. Operation sequence:

1. Before starting the machine, check whether there is any foreign matter on the machine to prevent damage to the filter cloth or drum after the operation.

2. Check whether the pressure of the air compressor is normal (the whole machine is protected by a pressure switch)

3. Regularly check the action of the out-of-position switch. If it fails, please replace it in time.

4. Manual start sequence (please dissolve PAM before starting): air compressor, main drive, regulator, sludge concentrator, cleaning pump, metering pump and sludge pump will start in 3 minutes. Shutdown sequence: turn off the dosing pump and sludge pump first, and stop other equipment after 5-10 minutes. (Pay attention to adjusting the amount and dosage of sludge, so that the flocculation effect is excellent, and the effect of the sludge dewatering machine is better)

5. Automatic start sequence (controlled by the sludge tank level gauge). When the sludge tank reaches a high level, the system will automatically start (starting sequence is the same as manual), when the liquid level reaches a low level (close sequence is the same as manual)
