What is the problem that sludge dewatering cannot separate the sludge and water?
- 2019-12-17-

The inability to separate mud and water is mainly due to flocculant selection or incorrect dosage. If it is sand washing sludge or sludge with high organic content, cationic flocculants with high ionicity should be selected. In particular, the poor separation of mud and water and the fouling of the filtered water must be the cause of the flocculant. If the separation is complete and the dehydration is not done, there may be a problem with the filter cloth of the dehydrator. It is necessary to carefully check the sludge dewatering equipment.

There are many reasons why mud and water cannot be separated:

1. There may be a problem with the amount of flocculant, and the above phenomenon will occur if the amount is too high.

2. The sludge concentration is not good, you can measure the sludge concentration on the machine.

3. It may be a problem with the sludge dewatering machine. Check the permeability of the filter cloth.

4. The main reason is the problem of flushing water.
